Irregular vendors rent phone card in São Paulo

Street vendors began to use creativity in favor of the need in some regions of São Paulo. In São Miguel Paulista, a neighborhood of São Paulo, the traders are renting units from phone cards for people who do not have enough money to buy a 40-unit card, which costs about US$ 3. With trouble finding the 20 units card, which is cheaper, many users choose to buy only the units that are in need when they call. Each sells for 15 cents.
