Militants of President Dilma invade shopping in Rio de Janeiro and are booed

A group of militants of President Dilma Rousseff chose the wrong place for his act: the Rio Sul Mall is one of the largest shopping centers of Rio de Janeiro. The group entered the food court, where there were some families with children and began to attack the people with verbal insults and even with physical aggression: some people who were consuming fast-food products were unfairly attacked. The group stayed for about 10 minutes screaming and caused disturbances. The leader of the militants, with a megaphone shouted, "This mall doesn't receive poor people. But today, stopped to receive us. " At the same time, they began a be booed by the mall users and store employees. At the end of the act, the group leader distributed bread with mortadella and they left the place. They expected support from the public but only managed to even be booed by  mall users. So security guards surrounded the group and drove them out, while the police was called.

Only 8% of Brazilians know how to communicate fully, says research

Schools without infrastructure and teachers with low wages: brands of the Brazil A survey reveals that only 8% of Brazilians between 15 and 64 years old are able to express themselves and to fully understand a text. That is, only a small portion dominates in fact the Portuguese and mathematics. According to the study "Illiteracy in the World of Work", a partnership of Paulo Montenegro Institute (MPI) and the NGO Educative Action, the population has 27% of functional illiterates in this age group. The survey divides the population into five groups: Illiterate, Rudimentary, Elementary, Intermediate and Proficient. Only 8% reach the latter. Someone "proficient" is able to understand and write texts of different types, such as messages (e-mail), descriptions (one Wikipedia entry) or argument (such as newspaper editorials or opinion articles), besides being able to opine on the location or text author's style. Project against water crisis becomes 'water park' in Ribeirão Pires

After flooding streets and buildings in Ribeirão Pires and be temporarily embargoed by the city, the transposition's project of water of dam Billings for the Alto Tietê system turned a risky point of leisure and adventure sports for the residents of the country of São Paulo.
