It's not today that the expression "stranded" is frowned upon by society when the fact in question is a man or a woman that not be married, especially when they're people over 30 years of age. So to end with the unlucky and allow women to find companions at the end of the year, a Brazilian Youtube channel decided to promote a kind of "March to Marry", with the goal of reuniting couples and preventing that single people stay alone in the Christmas and in the New Year. The event was posted on a Facebook page and seeks to bring together more than 18,000 people on Paulista Avenue. The march will be on December 20th and all the people who don't have anybody to sleep together are invited. According to the organizers, the intention isn't to form new couples only, but form Christian couples who value the life.

The urban violence in Brazil seems to have no limits. Roberto Bardella, 52, was killed in the Morro dos Prazeres, Santa Teresa neighborhood, Rio de Janeiro. He and his cousin Rino Polato, 59, were on two motorcycles and entered the slum by mistake and were killed by traffickers who confused them with police investigators. The Italian newspaper " Corriere della Sera " heard a friend of Bardella, the councilman Ennio Valiante - from the city of Jesolo, near Venice, where Bardella lived.  "Roberto? He was very cheerful and very cautious, He loved to ride a motorcycle and a year ago he was planning a trip to Rio de Janeiro," the councilor told the Italian newspaper.
