Woman is called of "crybaby" in correspondence of telephone company

This isn't the first time this thing happened, but it's no less absurd. A client of Cariacica, in Espírito Santo, was called "Chorona" (crybaby) in the invoice of the telephone account of the company Vivo.

The lastname of Sônia was changed to "Chorona" with the words "Do not return anything", possibly referring to claims and requests for compensation made by the client. In an interview with a local radio, the woman said that she complains "every month" of the bad services of the company.

This would have been the second time the insult was added in the telephone account. After this case and being mistreated by telephone in the last contact with the costumer service, she has already called a lawyer and started a lawsuit.
