Thief is tied on light pole by residents in Cuiabá

A 27-year-old man, who attempted to steal a house in the Areão neighborhood of Cuiabá, was detained by residents on the morning of November 25. The Military Police found the man tied by ropes on a power pole on Brasilia Street. According to witnesses, the robber tried to steal the plastic cover of a cell phone, believing that it was  a telephone. According to the Military Police, a resident was at home and was surprised by the robber who invaded the place. The suspect was in one of the rooms of the house and held the plastic cover of the cell phone. Upon seeing the resident, the robber ran and tried to escape. Other people and residents who were in the area chased the thief and managed to immobilize him. The suspect stayed tied by his legs, shoulders and had his arms and hands pinned back. According to the G1 , the police took off the thief of the light pole and took him, to the city's central police station.

Students kill classmate during school occupation in Brazil

A teenager was found dead in the afternoon of October 24 at Santa Felicidade State College in Curitiba. The information was confirmed by the State Department of Public Security and Prison Administration of Paraná (SESP / PR). According to the public agency, the death occurred around 4pm. The 16-year-old was a student of the school. The school is one of more than 800, which is occupied in the state. Civilian and Scientific Police teams went to the site to gather information. "The secretariat handles the issue with priority, to clarify as quickly as possible what happened," informed the Public Press. The students occupy the schools in Paraná and in other states of Brazil with the aim of provoking general chaos in the educational system. Leaders of the movement say they are protesting against the Provisional Measure that aims to reshape high school, in addition to claiming the legalization of drugs, the abortion right, the gay marriage and digital piracy in Brazil.

Little boy of 7 years old was robbed while selling popsicles

An unusual image comes reverberating on social networks and is already one of the most talked about issues in Brazil. In the town of Bacabal, in Maranhão state, the bandits not forgive the innocent children. A little boy of 7 years old who sells "geladinho" (a kind of popsicle) was robbed. The bandits stole BRL 11 and six "geladinhos" that he had not yet sold. Terrified, the boy arrived crying in a battalion of military police, where the policemens, moved by the situation, donated their money for the boy. The child had fear of be punished by his mother, if came home without money and without the popsicles.
