Inspired by the film Mad Max, bank robbers use hostage as human shields in cars during the escape

Customers and employees of the agency of the Bank of Brazil of the city Sítio do Conde, located in the state of Bahia, lived moments of panic at the end of the morning of June 2 after about 10 heavily armed men stormed the agency to commit a robbery. After the robbery, the bandits exchanged fire with the military police and fled taking hostages as a shield. In an image disseminated on the Internet, two of the victims appears tied to the windshield of the vehicle used by criminals like the the scene from the movie Mad Max - The Fury Road where the character Max is placed in front of a vehicle and used as a blood bag and especially as a human shield. The group fled towards the state of Sergipe and released the victims in the city of Jandaíra. No information about the amount stolen by the gang.
