WhatsApp's groan embarrasses politicians during public session in Brazil

In a small town in the interior of Brazil, an alderman fell into the joke of "whatsapp's groan". During a discussion of a new law, in the Town Hall of Votorantim (SP) on Tuesday (15), municipal councilman Bruno Martins, was a victim of the famous trick. Not realizing that the sound of the cell phone was on, the councilman was surprised by the sound of "a big female groan" which echoed through the auditorium of the hall where the meeting was being held.
