Employee of gas station react to robbery, play alcohol and puts fire on the thief

A man who tried to rob a gas station on Sunday morning (8), in São João de Meriti, city of Rio de Janeiro state. He had the body burned after throwing alcohol (etanol) on him by an employee, who reacted to the assault.

Luís Romário Fernandes had 87% of the burned body. He was on probation after being arrested for crimes such as drug trafficking and theft. According to experts, his body began to catch fire after he made the shot. The spark did the alcohol burn.

All the action lasted less than two minutes. The owner of the gas station says that the clerk handed the money in his pocket: BRL 40.


The bandit threatened him. "If you don't give me the rest, I'll out of the car, You'll suffer," according to Lecir Gouvêa do Amaral, owner of the store.

After this, the attendant returned and threw alcohol on Luís Romário, who shot, missing the target. Then, the flames have taken account of the car and of your body.
