A 27-year-old man was arrested in Maracaju, a city in Mato Grosso do Sul on Sunday (26), after trying to put out the Olympic torch with a bucket of water. According to the delegate Amylcar Eduardo Romero, the incident occurred around 11:25 am (on local time).
