Submarine seized by police: drug trafficking The Pará State Police is investigating the responsible for the construction of a submarine that was seized in the November 16 near a fishing village located in northeastern of Pará. The police said the submarine structure is about 17 meters long, 3 meters in diameter and about 4 meters high, with a capacity to carry a load of up to 30 tons and carry 30 people.
